Why have oil prices crashed?

These days one can find prices of crude oil have dropped down drastically in the world all over. This is due to the sudden change in the demand pattern due to imposition of lockdown and a state of inactivity almost all over the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic. But how will it impact us ??? Let's have a discussion.
The market price is determined by the forces of demand and supply. Soon after Covid-19 outbreak the demand simply crashed but the supply was still very high.(this was because the 3 major oil suppliers- U.S.A., OPEC countries and Russia failed to reach a consensus to reduce the supply).
as a result the price fell below average.OPEC-The Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries is a cartel formed by 13 countries to decide the production quantity so that each country can earn a respectable amount of profit. But Russia did not follow the rules and started to increase the production than the agreed amounts. As a result Saudi Arabia to give competition to Russia also increased its production leading to plummeted prices.
Oil is actually an asset and not a liability. But the problem that has created it a liability is that oil is stored in reservoirs but due to no demand the storage places is already full and there is no more space left to store the oil in case the extraction continues in some of countries. Also the suppliers has to pay huge rent for the storage. As a result the suppliers are willing to give this oil away at least prices so that they can get rid of the rent amounts and penalties. As a result of which the oil prices have simply crashed.
Probably this does not matter the consumers because the government would prefer to keep the benefits with themselves because of the current state of economy where the GDP has fallen. As a result this can be a source of profits for the government and would help increase their exchequer.

I tried to explain the reasons in the most simple way..
Hope you understood it..

Advantages of living in towns

Living in metropolitan cities has both pros and cons. But today I will be sharing with you guys and gals how according to me living in towns provides you some advantages in comparison to the big cities.
Here we go....

MENTALITY:
People in the towns are more friendly and caring. People prefer to have a simple, somber and peaceful lifestyle.Simple living high thinking is their motto of life. Neighbors are ever ready to help you at whatever you need. this is contrast to big cities where people are more self-centered and do not like to interfere in others lives and prefer to maintain distance. That's the reason why instances of depression, anxiety and panic is more common there because you simply have no one to talk and share your feelings with.
PROBLEMS:
Highly congested roads is a common sight where it takes hours to reach your destination which is hardly few kilometres away.Population exposure is quite visible where hundreds of people live in a few acres of land making them more prone to communicable diseases and at times of disasters like earthquakes. The prices are very high related some of commodities like rent, basic wages etc. making it impossible for the poor to survive. They cannot even maintain a basic standard of living which increases the disparity between the rich and the poor.
LIFESTYLE:
9 to 5 job routine, gyms, dieting, late night parties are a common feature of their routines making their lives all the more mechanical process and leaving nil or petty amount of time for their children. Whereas those in the towns spend enough time with their children and prefer to take healthy meal and exercise in open lawns or gardens rather than the close suffocating gyms. They are just so busy that they cannot find enough time to sit, relax and ponder over what are they running for are simply materialistic things and what are they losing in return cannot come back.

RAMAYANA'S TEACHINGS

Hello lovely people..
Recently RAMAYANA the great Indian epic was telecasted once again on the TV channel Doordarshan and I got the opportunity to watch it. The values and ethics that Ramayana teaches us is written below:

RESPECT OF WOMEN:
The core element of Ramayana was Ram killing Ravana to rescue his wife Sita from his clutches. Ravana was pleased with Sita's beauty that was why he abducted her and wanted to marry her. But his evil thoughts were shattered because of Sita's indomitable spirit and longing for her husband.
WELFARE OF ALL:
Ram was a loved king and he commensurately loved his disciples back. This is a must watch scene for all the politicians who play dirty political games to increase their vote bank which are the poor by misleading and making fake promises to them.He appears to be a pure soul who wishes to help the poor and needy who used to respect him a lot.
In comparison, Ravana's wicked thinking caused problems not only to himself but to all his kingdom.
BE PREPARED:
Life is full of uncertainties and risks. One cannot predict what will happen in future because of dynamic human nature. For instance how King Ram was changed to The Saint Ram was a flabbergasted sight. It teaches us to be prepared to face any challenge and ups and downs in our lives.
THERE IS SOME GOOD IN EVERY EVIL:
Ravana was a ardent devout of Lord Shiva. After immense worship he got powers that made him the king of Lanka. He was  the king of demons but had immense courage and strength.During the entire war he never gave up and always tried his level best to defeat his enemy. Even in the entire group of demons, one can see Vibhishan (Ravana's younger brother) and Mandhodhri (Ravana's wife) who have a very different approach towards life in comparison to their community which symbolized destruction.
FAMILY: YOUR HEART AND SOUL
No matter how hard and trying time comes what is clearly visible is Ram's family love for him and Sita. Ram's brothers were very supportive and compassionate.
LAKSHAM: Even though he was not given exile(vanvas) still he accompanied Ram and took care of all his needs.
BHART: He was provided with the opportunity to take over the throne as the King but he simply declined it and waited for his elder brother to return and take over.

Thought the list is quite long I tried to mention the most important ones. Epics like these provide us a chance to ponder over the current scenario.Hope the modern generation at least imbibe some of them.

Impact of Fairy Tales on children

                                                            BLOG-3
Imagination is the stepping stone of reality and eventually leads to conquering one's dreams and passions. The royalty of kingdoms and beautification of the protagonist(main character of the story) leads to emergence of optimistic thoughts in the children's vacillating(fluctuate) minds.

Fairy tales are usually connected with the ethics and values and to understand what is morally right or wrong. It is a narrow window through which one can look into the greater depth of life and it's meaning. It also improves communication skills among the young students and is the building block for language and embellished(decorated) vocabulary. It is through fairy tales that one develops an interest in the language.Since most of the parents recite these tales in vernacular(native) language children stay connected with their mother tongue. It helps children to build a tranquil(peaceful) ambiance(atmosphere) around them. They do not become premature before age by retaining the imagination, simplicity and creativity in their tender minds. Fairy tales also give birth to innovation and these innovators becomes future artists, writers, authors, directors and work in field of art, film making and literature.

Fairy tales are loved by children and they get engrossed into their imaginative world. I personally recommend all the parents to continue this age old tradition for their mental development at the pace which is desirable for their munchkins(little ones).

A stitch in time saves nine

Hello lovely people..
Today you can read about the current topic of change in the FDI policy of INDIA in detail..
So let's begin..

FACTS:
1.People's Bank of China is the central bank of Peoples Republic of China. It is the largest financial asset holding bank when compared to all over the world. Its headquarters is in Beijing, China.
2. HDFC (Housing Development Finance Corporation) Bank is India's largest Private sector lender by assets. It's headquarters is in Mumbai,Maharashtra India. it was founded in 1994 by its current CEO Aditya Puri.

EVENT-1
Due to Covid-19 there has been a great slump in the stock market indices due to which Indian economy is facing a hard time. People's Bank of China bought 1.75 crore shares i.e. 1.01% stake in HDFC bank during January-March.
EVENT-2
GoI tweaked(to change slightly in order to improve it) in para 3 of the FDI policy to let the neighboring (countries sharing land border with India) countries invest in India only after taking due permission from the Indian government.Barring China no other country has the ability to make large investments now. Not just India but other countries like Germany, Italy and Australia are also changing their FDI policy so as to safeguard their industries from the Covid-19 impact. As of recent development the China government has disapproved the policy saying it to be against the WTO norms.

OPINION:
A stitch in time saves nine. The timely government intervention is an commendable(appreciable) step. Even the opposition is in consensus(common agreement) with the party in power which shows our Unity, strength and indomitable will power to fight the crisis together. Had the decision not been taken China would have bought more number of shares in coming future which would have led to China having an influencing power in the Indian economy and the stock market.

                                        WELL DONE INDIAN GOVERNMENT..
